Our innovation methodology aims to systematically detect and understand a specific area of a customer’s activity, identifying opportunities for the launch of new products, services or customer experiences. The goal is to examine areas where users have a problem, optimizing current solutions. Then, in collaboration with Jump’s strategy and technology teams, new solutions will be conceptualized and prototyped in relation to problem areas.Once the research has been carried out and the prototype validated, the team will have the task of launching an in-market pilot project. We therefore accompany the transformation of successful pilot projects into ongoing activities that will be fully managed by the client’s business organization.
