Legacoop. Motion graphics
Legacoop, short for the National League of Cooperatives and Mutuals, is the oldest and main association for the protection and representation of Italian cooperatives.
Inside the Italy pavilion at the Dubai Expo 2020, Legacoop participated in the Cooperation for Sustainable Development forum, with the aim of bringing the testimony of local companies regarding their commitment to work in a sustainability perspective following the 2030 Agenda UN.

From Storyboard to Motion Graphics Narrative
The video in Motion Graphics Innovacoop, projected at the opening of the forum, is presented as a tour in the ecosystem of sustainability and innovation of Legacoop in the Emilia-Romagna region. Through the illustration of the work of 8 excellent companies, we have communicated the main values of the cooperative movement: innovation, evolution, intergenerationally, and mutuality.
Starting from a storyboard, we have built a narrative focused on the fulfillment of the sustainability objectives of the 2030 Agenda by local companies, showing Emilia-Romagna as the heart of Europe and the starting point of a global movement.
Choose to represent the SDGS as pieces of a puzzle, with simple geometric shapes and distinguishable through colors and textures – initially by constructing an abstract image, and then ending up by including the borders of Emilia-Romagna itself.
