CHALLENGE
Redesign the sales experience and the relationship between pharmaceutical representatives and doctors, supporting the company’s transition toward a data-driven model.
OUR APPROACH
From the client’s needs to the creation of a structured strategy, we activated multiple channels and actions, including:
- Developing a digital framework for product promotion
- Setting up and monitoring a performance dashboard for both process and business insights
- Updating electronic product folders and converting them into HTML for the OCE platform (IQVIA)
- Setting up Amazon Stores in international markets and managing product campaigns
- Running brand protection and conversion campaigns on Google and Meta

This solution enables organizations to instantly optimize sales processes and business performance through a concrete and sustainable framework, prioritizing key aspects and leveraging existing synergies.
Our framework aims to model, optimize, and measure the sales experience between pharmaceutical representatives and doctors, transforming the audience into a true data-driven community. Specifically, we developed a multi-experiential approach that eliminates redundancies in logic, structures, processes, methodologies, documents, and systems (based on IQVIA’s OCE platform, one of the most widely used tools in the Pharma industry) to also optimize costs.
