Design a comprehensive app aimed at simplifying users’ daily operations while providing SCAT with a centralized, real-time view of customer behavior, through full-stack integration between the mobile frontend and internal systems.

An Integrated Loyalty System

The collaboration with EGO and SCAT began in 2022, following the need for a new digital positioning of the EGO brand. The project started with a redefinition of the brand strategy and the identification of a new vision: to become the go-to destination for travelers in the Reggio Emilia area, revolutionizing the concept of stopover and customer service.

One of the goals defined together with EGO was to build a community. To achieve this, we implemented several actions, including lead generation campaigns, the development of a content strategy designed to encourage discussion and interaction, and the design of marketing automation tailored to each customer’s profile.

The strategic cornerstone for building the community was the design and development of a mobile app—simple, intuitive, and aligned with EGO’s brand image and tone of voice. The app allows users to easily and efficiently manage all operations related to fuel refueling, credit top-ups, and loyalty through a points-based system, offering a seamless experience to end users. At the same time, it enables real-time data integration within the company’s marketing automation systems. This touchpoint plays a central role in the overall strategy, serving as the ideal space for user management and loyalty building.

GO&GO + FUEL + BENEFITS

For the launch of the EGO app, we will adopt an omnichannel approach, integrating both online and offline strategies to reach the audience through the most effective touchpoints. The goal is to create a fully integrated ecosystem that maximizes engagement and conversions. The launch concept draws on the core values that define the go\&go app: the simplicity of gaining more benefits by refueling more often.

The points system not only allows users to redeem rewards such as car wash discounts, but also to convert points into credit or make donations to charitable organizations. The gamification design is scalable, allowing the app to grow and evolve with new features over time.
