CHALLENGE
Increase awareness of the Alimenta brand and revolutionize digital and social communication through a tone of voice that resonates with the end consumer, engaging new content series, an eye-catching visual identity, and a new website capable of conveying the company’s innovative spirit in a truly comprehensive way.

Starting from an initial assessment of the brand’s positioning, we developed a comprehensive strategy across all of Alimenta’s digital touchpoints. The actions, focused on a new tone of voice closer to end consumers, fresher and more engaging content types, and a strategic renewal of key touchpoints, marked the beginning of a transformative phase for the entire company.

Artisans of Innovation
Alimenta Produzioni is a Romagna-based company founded in 2013, specializing in the production of baked goods that blend artisanal tradition with innovation.
A market leader in the PGI Piadina segment, the company has expanded its range to include products such as Pinsa, Cascioni, Fornarina, and other traditional Italian regional specialties.
Headquartered in Riccione, Alimenta exports to Europe, the USA, and Japan, serving both the retail and food servicesectors. The brand stands out for its strong focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Alimenta turned to Jump with a clear goal: to position the Alimenta brand in the mind of the end consumer.
We started from scratch, analyzing the brand’s touchpoints and crafting a strategy aimed at optimizing performance across all channels, completely reshaping how the brand communicated with its key audiences.
NATIVE CONTENT AND PRODUCTION
We redefined the tone of voice and developed a bold, recognizable visual identity that best captures the unique blend of innovation and tradition that sets the company apart. Through the creation of native content and dedicated photo shoots, we produced new materials that highlight the incredible taste of Alimenta’s products.
With the launch of the digital campaign “Today, I’m Cooking – The Recipe Book that Fuels Your Creativity,” we implemented effective lead generation strategies, building a strong and engaged community that now eagerly awaits all the latest news from Alimenta!

A new website to get closer to consumers
After building a new brand positioning, we also completely redesigned the company’s website — the main digital touchpoint for the various segments (consumers, Ho.Re.Ca., and large-scale retail) to discover Alimenta and its products.
The project began with an as-is/goals workshop involving managers from all departments, aimed at identifying the specific needs of each area. Expectations were aligned to create a comprehensive and user-friendly online experience.
Thanks to a distinctive digital brand identity and smooth, intuitive navigation, we succeeded in reflecting Alimenta’s innovative and artisanal spirit.
We completely reimagined the product pages, making them immersive and “appetizing” with engaging animations.
Finally, to meet the needs of end consumers, we implemented a store locator that maps all the points of sale where Alimenta products are available.
